Yes to both questions. The kitchens are full size (but all different designs), fully fitted, equipped with everything that you would expect to find in a super home and based on all European supply / standards.
The 350m2 (3,700ft2) supermarket is not a glorified delicatessen but similar to the facilities that you would expect to find in London’s Knightsbridge. It stocks all the essentials and staples, plus caviar, champagne and all of the other luxury items you would associate with a gourmet delicatessen. Raffles will buy bulk supplies as it moves along, such as rice in Thailand, coffee in Brazil, smoked salmon in Norway. It will be resupplied with “own brand” goods from the likes of Harrods each 3 months. The bakery will make / deliver to order daily and anything you want can be ordered.
