What are we allowed to do in respect of designing / furnishing our apartment?

Don Starkey will design 10 “standard” apartments with more than 50 variations possible for you to select from. This is what the basic prices quoted reflect.

If you want a different design / furnishing Don Starkey (or your own designer) can do this for you but of course you have to negotiate and pay their fees for this separately.

The cost for an apartment customised in this way will almost certainly be higher, but will be individually quoted by AMS as the basic price, plus separately the cost of customisation, but not including special designer’s fees.
The additional cost will be the subject of a separate contract directly between you and AMS. The additional work / cost (value) will not be included in any construction insurances except with additional premiums and conditions.

Payment for additional work / customisation only will also be direct to AMS and not with normal stage payments via Raffles Limited.

Note that due to the limited time available, and not to delay the completion of the whole of Raffles, then special / design customisation of apartments will inevitably be time limited, advised / agreed on a case by case basis.
